Rain in Buffalo, N.Y., throughout Friday forced Friday's baseball game between Ball State University and the University at Buffalo to be postponed.
The teams are scheduled to play a three-game series as a part of Mid-American Conference action. To make up for Friday's cancellation, a doubleheader has been scheduled for Sunday, beginning at noon.
Saturday's game was also pushed back two hours and will begin at 3 p.m. at Amherst Audubon Field. Rain remains in the forecast for Saturday, but the storms are supposed to pass in the late afternoon, according to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Web site.
Sunday's forecast is for mostly cloudy skies.
