Senator's stop is part of a two-day campaign tour

Hillary Rodham Clinton's campaign announced Wednesday she will make a stop in Muncie three days after her daughter spoke at Ball State University on her behalf. Clinton will attend a "Solutions for the American Economy" rally Friday at Muncie Central High School, according to a press release from Clinton's Indiana press office.

UCS encourages students not to give away their passwords

Student e-mails are still under fire from spammers, causing e-mail accounts to become disabled and putting student messages at risk of being considered spam itself. Loren Malm, assistant director of security, policy, systems and assessment, said spammers infiltrated about 12 student e-mail accounts and Ball State University e-mail accounts had been disabled three times this semester.

Free coffee, live music is given at one-year anniversary event

Bracken Library's Bookmark Café celebrated its anniversary Wednesday afternoon.
The Bookmark Café supplied participants with complimentary samples of Seattle's Best Coffee and cappuccino muffin shots. Visitors were also able to participate in a raffle for bookmarks and coupons for free coffee, which were drawn every hour.

Piece to be performed at national showcase in New York City

With their hair gathered tightly in buns, aprons tied delicately over their 1950s dresses and doll-like smiles painted on their faces, 11 female dancers whisked around Melanie Swihart and Jacob Wright, who portrayed a quintessential '50s married couple. Ball State University dance professor Audra Sokol choreographed the piece last semester for Ball State Dance Theatre, and the department took it to be judged at the American College Dance Festival Association's East Central Regional Conference this month.

Cabinet, senators to be appointed in upcoming weeks

Campus Alliance held its first Ball State University Student Government Association meeting Wednesday and about 20 senators filled the seats.
In previous meetings, about 50 members filled Student Senate.
President Frank Hood said Cabinet positions would be filled in the next couple of weeks, and more students would be appointed as senators also.

Clubs can nominate candidates for $35

The Cardinals' Homecoming game might be half a year away, but students who envision the crown and its glory have a week left to decide whether they want to pursue that dream. Ball State University's Homecoming Steering Committee is accepting nominations until April 2 for the 2008 Homecoming King and Queen candidates.
