Election Day is less than a month away, but if you're not registered to vote, you're about to hit a wall. Today is the last day to register in Indiana. Around the state, Hoosiers are showing they care about this election: A record-setting 540,000 residents have registered or updated their registrations this year.

Every once in a while, a truly great writer will grace us with his presence here at Ball State University. When these writers come, students will go to see them, especially when tempted with extra credit, but often, these writers go rather unappreciated on our campus.
