FOOTBALL: No. 17 Ball State remains undefeated

The No. 17 Ball State University football team defeated Central Michigan University 31-24 tonight in Mount Pleasant, Mich.

With the win, the Cardinals (11-0, 7-0 Mid-American Conference) remain one of five undefeated teams in the Football Bowl Subdivision. In addition, if Ball State beats Western Michigan next week, the Cardinals will advance to the MAC Championship game.

As a CMU student, I want to say congrats to you guys. It was a great game and you guys came out on top. Lewis is a terrific running back, real tough and strong and he made the difference in that fourth quarter. (Continued…)

Thanks to Matthew for the commment! Great sportsmanship, unlike the rest of the fans that were at the game from CMU. I watched the game here on ESPN2 and multiple times you could hear the crowd chanting F*** Ball State! If that doesn't show class, I don't know what does. (Continued…)
