The Ball State University softball coaches will conduct a four-day all skills camp this summer for kids.

The camp, which will be directed by coach Craig Nicholson and assistant coach Stephanie DeFeo, will take place June 22-26 at the BSU Softball Complex. The camp is geared toward 10 to 18 year olds of all skill levels and positions.

For people who preregister, which is prior to May 15, the cost is $299 for commuters and $399 for people who stay overnight. After the preregistration period the costs increase to $325 and $440.

Nicholson and DeFeo are both in their second seasons at Ball State.

Nicholson previously coached at Central Arizona College, where he led his team to NJCAA National Championships four times and was the NJCAA National Coach of the Year four times.

DeFeo has coached for eight years, including three as the head coach at the University of North Carolina, Greensboro. She was a three-time All American as a college player and played three years in the Women's Professional Softball League.
